Myra vs RingCentral - US

What Myra costs against RingCentral's per-seat pricing for the same US usage.

For our full per-unit rate card — calls, messaging, numbers, recording, AI and everything else — see Usage costs. This page compares that live US pricing against RingCentral only.

Myra is pay-as-you-go: you pay per minute, per segment and per number, with nothing bundled and nothing to use up first. There is no per-seat charge — the seat is included in your Myra plan. RingCentral is per seat: calling, call recording and one local number are included in a monthly per-user price.

That makes a straight per-unit table awkward — for calling, recording and the first number RingCentral publishes no per-unit price at all. So we do two things. The headline is the total monthly cost for the same usage, which is what someone actually pays. The scenario is 1,000 minutes (667 outbound + 333 inbound), matching RingCentral's included toll-free minute allowance. Beneath it, every row carries a number on both sides: where RingCentral bundles something into the seat we derive their effective per-unit cost from their most popular plan, Advanced ($25 per user per month), divided by its 1,000 included toll-free minutes — $25 / 1,000 = $0.025 a minute, assuming the full allowance is used — and mark the cell "derived" with the basis stated underneath the table.

The cheaper of the two cells in each row is highlighted green, whichever side that is, and a "% cheaper" column is computed live against our current rates. Call recording and the first local number are the rows where RingCentral genuinely has no marginal cost: they show "Included", take no highlight and no percentage.
