Bank transfer (manual) invoicing

Accept plain bank transfers by adding your bank details - no integration required.

Bank transfer (manual)

This isn't really an integration - there's nothing to connect. You just enter your bank details once and Myra displays them on invoices marked as Bank transfer (manual). Customers pay you directly, you mark the invoice paid when the money lands.

Use this if:

  • You don't want to use Stripe / Wise / Whop.
  • You already have a bank account happy with domestic transfers.
  • You'd rather not pay processor fees on a big one-off invoice.

You'll reconcile invoices by hand - Myra never sees your bank account. The Bank transfer (Wise) option works exactly the same way; it is just a separate place to store a second set of (Wise) bank details.

Prerequisites

  • A bank account you can receive transfers into.
  • The account details as your bank shows them (IBAN, sort code, routing number, etc.).

Add your bank details

  1. In Myra go to Payments → Settings → the Bank details section (or click Add or edit bank details on the Bank transfer card under Payments → Integrations).
  2. Fill in:
    • Account holder (required)
    • Bank name
    • IBAN / Account number / Sort code / Routing number / SWIFT - whichever your bank uses.
    • Bank address - usually needed for international transfers.
    • Currency - the default currency shown on invoices.
    • Extra instructions - anything the customer needs to know (e.g. "Include your invoice number as reference").
  3. Save.

These are the same fields as the Bank transfer (Wise) card, and the two sets of details are independent - you can save both.

Send a manual bank-transfer invoice

  1. Payments → Invoices → New invoice.
  2. Under Payment method choose Bank transfer (manual).
  3. Add line items and a due date, click Create.
  4. The customer receives a hosted pay page showing your bank details and the invoice number to use as reference.

Mark it paid

Once the transfer lands in your bank:

  1. Open the invoice.
  2. Click Mark as paid.
  3. Optionally note the date and reference for your records.

What Myra does not do

  • No account is connected - Myra can't see your bank balance or incoming transfers.
  • No auto-matching - you must reconcile manually.
  • No refunds via Myra - issue refunds directly from your online banking.

There is no auto-matching for any bank transfer, including the Wise option: Myra has no connection to your bank or your Wise account. Every bank-transfer invoice is marked paid by you. If you want payments to update themselves, use Stripe or Whop.

Unpayable invoices are blocked

If the Wise bank-transfer option is selected but no bank details are saved, Myra refuses to create the invoice rather than sending a pay page with nothing on it. Manual invoices with your own typed instructions are unaffected.
