AI credits

Managing your monthly allowance for AI-powered features.

Your plan includes a monthly pool of AI credits that powers every AI feature in Myra.

If Myra grants your workspace a free or manually assigned plan, AI-credit rules use that granted plan just like a paid subscription.

Monthly Allowance

  • Starter: 1,000 credits/mo.
  • Growth: 10,000 credits/mo.
  • Scale: Usage-based AI credits with markup-driven pricing.

Where to see your balance

Go to Billing. The AI credits card shows:

  • Remaining: Credits left for the current month.
  • Used: Progress bar of your consumption.
  • Resets on: Date of your next refresh (usually the 1st of the month).
  • Usage Details: A breakdown of which features (In-app assistant, AI drafting, etc.) are consuming credits.

How credits are spent

Different features cost different amounts. A simple AI reply costs a few credits, while complex summarizations or image generations cost more.

AI Workforce agent runs also use credits. Each run is recorded against your usage as agent:<agent name>, and includes all of the work the agent does in that run (including any tools it uses).

Running low

  • Warnings: You'll see an amber warning (in-app banner and on the Billing card) once you drop below 20% remaining, and a stronger one at 0 remaining.
  • Emails: Owners and admins are emailed once when you cross 80% used and once at 100% used, per month.
  • Running out does not stop AI: When the monthly allowance is used up, AI keeps working and the extra usage is billed to your wallet balance.
  • When AI does stop: Only if the allowance is gone and your wallet is empty. Top up, or wait for the monthly reset.

Best Practices

  • Monitor Usage: Check the breakdown to see which agents or features are most active.
  • Knowledge Accuracy: Ensuring your AI has a clean Knowledge Base reduces unnecessary credit spend on incorrect or repetitive drafting.
