Meta Lead Forms

Meta Lead Forms

Connect your Facebook/Instagram Pages once, then map each Lead Ads form to the client that should receive its enquiries. New submissions arrive in real time - there is no polling delay and no third-party automation tool needed.

Find it under Business → Ads Manager → Lead Forms tab.

Connecting Pages

  1. Connect Meta in the Settings tab of Ads Manager.
  2. On the Lead Forms tab, click Refresh access. Every Page you manage is listed with its current status.
  3. A Page only works for lead delivery if the connected Meta user has Leads Access or full control on that Page. Myra recognises both classic and New Pages Experience permissions. If neither is present, that Page shows a specific message telling you exactly which Page to fix and where. Every other Page keeps working normally - one broken Page never stops the rest.

Mapping a form

Pick a Page, then choose one of its lead forms. For each form you set:

  • Client - who owns the enquiry.
  • Pipeline - only pipelines belonging to that client are offered.
  • Stage - only stages belonging to the chosen pipeline are offered.
  • Tags - applied to every lead created from this form.

Question mapping

Once the client is chosen, every question on the Meta form is listed with a suggested destination based on the question's name. You can change any of them to:

  • a standard contact field (name, email, phone, and so on),
  • an existing custom field on that client,
  • a brand-new custom field created on the spot, or
  • Notes - the question and answer are appended to the contact's notes.

Anything you don't want stored can be set to ignore.

Past submissions

Each form mapping chooses one of:

  • New leads only - only submissions received from now on.
  • Also pull past submissions - Myra additionally imports the submissions Meta already holds for that form. This runs as soon as you save, and can also be re-run from the form's row later.

Already-imported submissions are never duplicated on a re-run.

Duplicate handling

Each mapping picks how to treat a submission that matches an existing contact, using the same rules as CSV import:

  • Skip - keep the existing contact untouched.
  • Merge - fill in blanks on the existing contact only.
  • Overwrite - replace existing values with the newer submission.

Monitoring

Every mapped form shows its status, the time of the last lead, and how many leads it has created. Opening a form's activity shows the recent delivery log, including any submission that failed and why. Problems are always scoped to the single Page or form involved.
