Blooio gives your workspace a real iMessage number. Once connected, iMessages appear in the same contact timeline as SMS, email and calls, and you can reply straight from the inbox.
Connecting Blooio
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Blooio (iMessage).
- Paste your Blooio API key (created in your Blooio dashboard).
- Enter the iMessage number you send from, in international format (for example
+18586671237). - Optionally add a label, then choose Connect Blooio.
Myra verifies the key with Blooio, stores it encrypted, and registers the inbound webhook automatically so replies flow back into the inbox. Use Send test to confirm everything works.
Only workspace admins and business owners/admins can connect, change or disconnect Blooio.
Sending an iMessage
Open any conversation in the Unified Inbox. When Blooio is connected and the contact has a phone number, an iMessage button appears next to SMS and Email in the composer. Pick it, type your message and send.
- iMessages are logged on the contact timeline like any other message.
- Do Not Disturb is respected — contacts marked DND will not receive iMessages.
- Outbound messages fire the "message sent" automation trigger with the
imessagechannel.
Finding iMessage threads
The inbox gets an extra Blooio tab that filters to conversations containing at least one iMessage. The tab only appears when Blooio is connected.
Delivery status
Blooio reports delivery back to Myra, so outbound bubbles show Sent, Delivered or Failed as the message progresses.
FAQs
Does this use my SMS balance? No. Blooio is billed by Blooio directly; Myra wallet charges apply only to SMS and voice.
Can I use one number across clients? Each client has its own Blooio connection so inbound messages route to the right workspace.
What if the webhook fails to register? The card shows "Inbound webhook: not configured". Sending still works; reconnect with a key that has webhook permissions to receive replies.
